When you have agreed the scheme it will be quoted for implementation.  A deposit is then required before the project goes forward, with the remainder payable at stage or on completion depending on the scale of the project  Should you wish to implement the scheme yourselves a full specification will be provided at a cost of £75.00.

Interior Design Consultation - £60.00 per hour
This service provides "a designer on hand" in your home for a minimum of one hour to benefit from the knowledge of a professional interior designer.  It is ideal for those who are generally happy with the majority of their house but feel there are areas that would benefit from professional advice. These might include lighting, kitchen layout, accessorizing.  It is beneficial to both client and designer if questions are written down beforehand and notes taken at the consultation.

Please note this service may incur travelling costs if outside a ten mile radius of the design office of Verity Spencer Interior Design.

Kitchen Design, Bathroom Design, Electrical Plans and Lighting Schemes.
Due to the diverse nature and sizes of these services, they will be quoted per project.
